ace55 Terms & Conditions

By accessing, registering on, or using the ace55 platform available at ace55.ws (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform," "ace55," "we," "us," or "our"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any other rules, guidelines, or policies published on the Platform from time to time.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," or "your") and ace55. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the Platform and close any existing account.

To register and maintain an account on ace55, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

ace55 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility — including government-issued identification — at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof may result in account suspension pending verification. ace55 shall not be liable for any losses incurred by a player who was not eligible to use the Platform.

To access real-money games and features on ace55, you are required to create a personal account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, and a valid email address or mobile number.

One Account Policy: Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on ace55. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, ace55 may, at its sole discretion, close all associated accounts and forfeit any pending balances.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any other person. ace55 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify ace55 immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.

All financial transactions on ace55 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). ace55 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount on ace55 is ₱100. Minimum and maximum deposit limits per transaction may vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier section of your account.

Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) business days following successful KYC verification. ace55 reserves the right to perform additional security checks prior to processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

Funds Ownership: You may only deposit funds that belong to you and that have been obtained through lawful means. ace55 does not accept deposits from third parties. Any third-party deposits identified will be returned, and the associated account may be suspended.

Dormant Accounts: An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. ace55 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant account balances as specified in our cashier policy.

ace55 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and event-specific promotions tied to Philippine sports events such as PBA Finals, major boxing cards, and UFC events. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players who satisfy the specific requirements of each promotion as stated in the individual promotion's terms.
• All bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before a withdrawal may be requested. The applicable wagering requirement, eligible games, and minimum odds are specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• Only one bonus may be active in a player's account at any given time, unless otherwise specified by ace55.
• ace55 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice to affected players.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting, or other deceptive means — will result in the cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of associated winnings, and may result in account closure.

ace55 offers a range of real-money gaming products, including live dealer casino games, online slot games, bingo, virtual casino, PP Live tables, and sports betting. Each product category is governed by its own set of game-specific rules, which are available within the relevant game or section of the Platform.

Game Results: All game outcomes on ace55 are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or by live dealer procedures, as applicable. ace55 does not manipulate game results. In the event of a technical fault during a game round, the round may be voided and stakes returned, at ace55's discretion.

Sportsbook Betting: Sports betting on ace55 covers events including PBA, NBA, UFC, international boxing, Premier League, La Liga, and other competitions. Bets accepted after an event has commenced may be settled based on in-play rules applicable at the time the bet was placed. ace55 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that was not correctly priced due to a manifest error.

Disconnection Policy: If a player experiences a disconnection during an active game round, the game will be completed according to its auto-play or continuation logic where applicable. Disconnection does not void a bet that has already been placed and accepted by the system.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ace55. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Creating or operating more than one account, whether under the same or different identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not permitted by ace55.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in live dealer or poker variants.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation will be forfeited.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform.
• Accessing ace55 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law, using VPN, proxy, or other circumvention tools to mask your actual location.
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening ace55 staff or other players in any communication channel.
• Attempting to charge back or reverse any deposit made to your ace55 account through your payment provider without first resolving the dispute with ace55's support team.

All content on the ace55 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, interface design, and source code — is the property of ace55 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws in the Philippines and internationally.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on any Platform content without prior written consent from ace55.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code of any software forming part of the Platform.
• Use any ace55 trademarks, logos, or branding without express written permission.
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on any other website or application.

ace55 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available at ace55.ws/privacy-policy. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ace55 implements industry-standard security measures — including 256-bit SSL encryption, secure data storage, and access controls — to protect your personal and financial information. However, no internet transmission is entirely secure, and ace55 cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted to or from the Platform.

ace55 will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent, except where required to do so by applicable Philippine law or regulatory authority.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ace55 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, even if ace55 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any service offered thereon, whether caused by technical failure, maintenance, or events beyond ace55's reasonable control.
• Any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your own failure to maintain account security.
• Any inaccuracy, error, or omission in any information or content provided on the Platform.

ace55's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made to your ace55 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ace55 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any other policy published on the Platform.
• Failure to satisfy KYC or identity verification requirements within a reasonable period.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• A court order or direction from a competent Philippine regulatory authority.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account — including deposited funds and winnings — may be forfeited at ace55's discretion. Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach by the player, any verified balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting ace55 support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within a reasonable period, and any remaining balance will be returned following completion of applicable KYC checks.

ace55 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools to help players maintain control over their gaming activity. The following responsible gaming features are available to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your ace55 account.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through ace55's internal process within thirty (30) days of submission, either party may escalate the matter to the appropriate Philippine regulatory authority or a competent court of the Philippines.

You agree that any legal proceeding relating to ace55 shall be conducted in the English language and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
